- EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

EXCHANGE FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept items that are damaged, worn, soiled, has an odor or fragrance, and without clothing tags(if attached/included). Items must be in the condition suitable for resale. Exchange for store credit only in the event that wrong size purchased or item received damaged. (All items inspected for damage prior to shipping). The size you are exchanging for must be in stock.
2. Merchandise must have hangtags attached(if originally attached/included).
3. Shipping fees are not refundable. Address will be sent upon email contact of your request to exchange.
4. Item(s) must be shipped or dropped off at the customer’s expense.
UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ITEM(S) WE WILL INSPECT FOR SIGNS OF WEAR, ODOR, AND/OR FRAGRANCE. IN THE EVENT THAT THE ITEM DOES NOT MEET OUR CONDITION REQUIREMENTS, THE CUSTOMER WILL NOT RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT. IF APPROVED A STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED VIA EMAIL WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS.
