Shipping policy

To ensure you receive your package in a timely manner and it is properly delivered, please be sure your address is compete and correct. Shipping fees are non-refundable. In case there are any concerns after your package shows as delivered you will need to follow up with USPS. BYRD CAGE BOUTIQUE is not responsible for any package(s) showing as "delivered". All orders will be shipped via USPS.

Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped. (Does not include holidays or weekends)

All orders shipped 2-4 days after your order is placed.
